Jerry Anthony Flowers, age 57, passed away September 28, 2019 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Born March 8, 1962 in Belize City, Belize to Egbert Emanuel Flowers, Sr. and Icedell Ioney Davis Flowers. Married to Michaela Talmon-Clarin.
Jerry was very friendly and easy going. He was a social person and made friends easily, even the mailman became a good friend. He had a talent of looking past the negative and focusing on the positive and enjoyed making jokes about everything. Jerry was a true family man, always giving of himself and making sure everyone had a good time. He loved his children, always showed interest in their goals and was a real push-over when it came to his children.
Jerry had a spiritual side. He loved preaching to others and felt peace outdoors and looking at the clouds. He loved dancing, traveling, and he enjoyed airplanes, Modelo's beer and barbeques. One of his favorite treats was a McDonald's apple pie.
Jerry is survived by his wife Michaela Talmon-Clarin; children Crystal, Christian, Christy and Kristen Flowers; grandchildren Eliza, Zailey, Jayda, Zahra and Kingston; and siblings Lorna Flowers, Egbert Flowers Jr., Dorita Staine and Rose Marie Flowers. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Leslie Rowland.
Funeral services will be held Friday, October 4, 2019 at 3:00 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 260 East South Temple, where friends and family may gather Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Friday.
