Steven John Adams, loving husband, father and grandfather, left us on January 3rd, 2015. He was born on October 16, 1944 to Robert Glen and Frankie Helen Adams in Bingham Canyon, Utah. Steve had a great love of nature and spent his best years enjoying the beauty and serenity of the mountains, lakes, and rivers of Utah. His spontaneous spirit led to many impromptu hunting, camping or fishing trips with his family in tow.
Steve leaves behind his wife of fifty years, Carmen Adams, and four children, Nicci, Cynthia, Steven P., and Cori. He also leaves behind eight beautiful grandchildren and one precious great-granddaughter. He is also survived by his brother, Gene Adams, and two sisters Janice Johnson and Linda Izatt. He is preceded in death by his parents.
Friends and family are invited to attend a funeral service on Thursday, January 8, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Steve's local parish, St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 3015 Creek Road, Cottonwood Heights, Utah, followed by interment at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 East Dimple Dell Road, (10600 S.) Sandy, Utah.
