Margaret Ann Edrington Young passed away on Sunday, February 9th 2020 in Salt Lake City with her family at her bedside. She was born in Salt Lake City on February 1st, 1946. She and her husband, Roy Robert Young were married in the Salt Lake Temple in 1964 and had three children: Jonathan Robert Young, Troy Lawrence Young and Kristina Young, 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Her husband proceeded her in death in 1977, and her son,Jonathan in 2016. She was the third child of her parents, Page Schofield Edrington and Evelyn Murri. She is survived by 1 brother and 2 sisters.
She held numerous positions in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, including service in the Temple. Margaret was very cheerful during her extended illness and always had good words to say about everyone. She was always ready for fun and playing games with her family and loved them all deeply.
Services will be held at Larkin Sunset Gardens , 1950 East 10600 South, Sandy, Utah 84092. The funeral will be Tuesday, at 11:00 am., with a viewing one hour prior.
