James Madison Ricks, 25, beloved son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend, quietly passed to his new life on February 14, 2016. Born to Kenneth Martin (Sherrie) Ricks and Mariann Fisher (Alan) Camomile on March 29, 1990, Madison's endearing smile and quick wit brought joy and laughter to all who knew him.
Madison loved his family and cherished family get-togethers and games. A hard worker and talented artist, he loved his work at YESCO and seeing the product of his labors across many states. Though born in Utah, Madison's heart was in Massachusetts with the Red Sox, the Bruins and especially his friends who remember him as "Sunshine." He was truly the sunshine in all of our lives. He was a member of the LDS Church.
He is survived by his Parents, brother Kenny (Carmen), sisters Danielle (Tyson) Davis, Alyssa and Ashley, grandparents Douglas/Karen Fisher, Jim/Sue Werner, John Cummings, Pauline Camomile, Dennis/Sue Camomile, Dee Cummings, and Mary Jayne/Chad, nephew Kenneth, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his beloved dog, Rupert.
He was preceded in death by grandparents Kenneth and Myra Ricks.
A funeral service will be held Monday, February 22, 2016 at 11:00 am at the Rose Canyon Stake, 7079 Rose Canyon Road, Herriman, UT. Friends may call Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Larkin Mortuary, 3688 W. 12600 S. in Riverton and on Monday one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will follow at ≠≠≠≠≠≠≠≠≠Herriman City Cemetery.
