Mary Margaret \"Maggie\" Clyde

1977 ~ 2018

Mary Margaret Clyde, age 40, our beloved daughter, sister and aunt, was taken from us suddenly on March 4, 2018 due to multiple medical conditions.

Maggie was born in Salt Lake City on July 26, 1977 to Craig L. Clyde and Mary Kearns Clyde. She lived her entire life in the Salt Lake valley where she graduated from Alta High School in 1996. She was employed as an administrative assistant variously at Utah/Idaho School Supply, Western Inc. Construction, and Tim Dahle Nissan and Coldwell Banker.

Maggie loved to read and she read voraciously. She was very bright and quick. Her memory for details was nothing short of amazing. She was a caring, quiet and beautiful woman in every sense of the word. She loved playing games with her brothers during family get-togethers and was an erudite film buff and movie goer. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary, and both paternal and maternal grandparents. She is survived by her father, Craig Clyde and step mother Vaunie Clyde. Also her step father David Evans. As well as her brothers: David, Joseph, K.C. (Erin) and John (Laura) Clyde and Alex and Shand (Lise) Evans. This in addition to a large extended family aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Maggie had a beautiful smile and quick observations on life and literature and was truly a loyal friend. She was kind and loving to both her cat "Gilbert" and dog "Bruce". Maggie had an amazing heart and soul. She will be terribly missed by all who knew and loved her.
