Geraldine \"Gerry\" Vawdrey Peart, 89, passed on September 5, 2016. Gerry was born November 23, 1926 to Curtis and Lydia (Lovell) Vawdrey. She passed away on September 5, 2016. She married Albert Byron Peart for time and all eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on January 17, 1947. She loved her Heavenly Father, The Savior, and her family. She is survived by her four children, Dale Peart, Arvada, CO; Michele (Randall) Coats, Hurricane, UT; Wayne (Sabrina) Peart, Eden, UT; Denise (Mark) Hansen, Murray, UT; her brothers, Howard Vawdrey and Brent Vawdrey, her sisters, Kathleen Taylor and Ramona Hunter, 18 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her brothers Dwayne and Max and sister Carmen.
She loved good music, cooking, dancing, gardening, flowers, swimming and boating. She was a very hard worker and was always busy doing something for family and friends.
All who met her loved her and she will be greatly missed.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 12:00 at Murray 28th Ward, 932 Green Oaks Dr. in Murray. A visitation will be held on Saturday from 10:30 ‚ 11:45 at the church prior to the service. Burial will follow at Draper City Cemetery.
