William (Bill) Carpenter, 69, left us on July 21, 2015, and has probably already made 7 new friends speaking 5 different languages.
Bill passed at home with his wife, the "duchess" Linda, by his side. Their lifelong friend CJ and family members were also there to see him off.
Bill is survived by his wife Linda, 9 children, 24 grandchildren, a long list of good friends and 2 loving dogs.
