Passed away on October 28, 2014 after a 9 month battle with lung and brain cancer at the age of 68. She was born June 29, 1946 in Rock Springs, Wyoming to John M. and Ruby Waters. DelRae worked at OC Tanners for 7 yrs. Later in life she was the secretary and manager of the family business, Auto Painting and Collision. She married Ron on July 14, 1961. She is survived by her husband, two children, Shirley (Kerry) Kidd, Ronnie (Wendy) Mortensen, and five grandchildren; Katrina (Casey) Thatcher, Trent Burden, Robby, Melissa, Andy Mortensen, and her two sisters Denise and Judy. She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Janice, brothers Dick, Jimmy, and Jack Waters. "We Love You Granny"
Friends and family are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at 11:00 am at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Rd. (10600 S.), Sandy, with a viewing on Friday, November 7 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the mortuary and from 9:30-10:30 am day of the service.
