Our perfect angel, Raegan Joy passed away May 7, 2019 in the arms of her parents. She was born May 2, 2019 at 24 weeks gestation, weighing 1 lb 2 oz. Her tiny body endured so much the five days she was on earth but she fought the entire time.
Raegan is the daughter of LC and Alyssa Kirkpatrick. They anxiously awaited for her arrival. Even though things didn't turn out as they hoped, being her Daddy and Mommy has been the greatest honor of their lives.
In addition to her parents, Raegan is survived by her paternal grandparents, Greg and Patty Kirkpatrick and Nila Kirkpatrick; maternal grandparents, Jim and Joy Webb, paternal great-grandmothers Dixie Kirkpatrick and JoAnn Lowery; aunts and uncles on LC's side George andHazel Kirkpatrick, Joyce and Anthony Nguyen; aunt and uncles on Alyssa's side, Brianna and Brad Godfrey, Jimmy Webb; godparents Paige Rindlisbacher and Paul Webler; several great aunts and uncles, cousins, and other relatives who loved Raegan very much.
The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses, and entire staff at University of Utah Labor and Delivery and NICU for their incredible care they provided to Raegan and her family. A special thanks to nurse Colleen Ferrin. You have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for bringing light into our darkest hours.
Raegan's graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, May 13, 2019, at Larkin Sunset Gardens. 1950 E 10600 S, Sandy UT 84092.
