Willard Grant Hepner, "Bill" passed away unexpectedly at his home in West Valley, Utah from causes related to age on Friday, November 4, 2016 at the age of 89. Bill was born on November 14, 1926.
He leaves three sons; Craig Hepner, Mark Hepner and Mike Hepner; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great, great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his two brothers; Roy Hepner, and Richard Hepner; and his sister KarenLee Stone.
Bill was a Veteran, serving in the Navy at the end of World War II. After returning home from his military service, Bill followed in his father's footsteps and became a Journeyman Carpenter, specializing in acoustical ceiling work. When he was young, Bill loved to go dancing. He loved going to Wendover to gamble, enjoyed watching tennis and baseball, and always had a joke to tell and a smile on his face. Bill was a hard worker, good to his neighbors and a great father. We will miss him dearly!
Bill will rest at Larkin Sunset Gardens Cemetery 1950 East Dimple Dell Road (10600 South). Private services at the cemetery will be held for immediate family.
