Phyllis Jean Todd, 84, passed away peacefully on October 19, 2013 in Salt Lake City, UT surrounded by her loving family. Graveside services will be held in her honor on Tuesday, October 21, 2013 at 1pm at Mount Olivet Cemetery, located at 1342 East 500 South, Salt Lake City, UT.
