Heaven gained an angel on November 6,2016. Regina "Gina" Lynn Harman Thompsen beloved, daughter, wife, sister, and friend passed away from a short illness, surrounded by her loving family. Gina was born September 30, 1973 in Arcadia California to Larry M. Harman and Evelyn R. Harman.
Regina loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed traveling, and recently acquired painting as a hobby. She loved listening to country music and always had a new favorite song to share with us. Gina loved babies, and adored all her nieces and nephews. She loved spending time with her granddaughter Jasmine.
Gina grew up in Sandy, Ut. She graduated from Alta High School in 1991 with honors. She then attended Utah State University and then went on to finish her degree at The University of Utah. Gina earned her degree in Sociology with honors. She worked for the State of Utah in the 3rd District Juvenile Court as a juvenile probation officer.
Regina is survived by her parents Larry and Evelyn (Lynn) Harman, husband Dave Thompsen, brother Jeremy Harman (Jamie), Lindsey Richard (Ryan), Loren Lain (Nick), step sons Dave Jr. and Matt Thompsen, granddaughter Jasmine, and her beloved cat Stella.
The family will be having a private celebration of life Sunday November 13th.
