Beth Denner, 89 was born January 30, 1926 in Tooele, Utah to Dindas Graham Ericson and Carrie Blanche Smith. She married LeRoy Denner November 12, 1942 in Evanston, Wyoming. She passed away at home April 2, 2015 of natural causes with family at her side.
Mom spent many years at Shiner's Hospital as a young girl. There she made many lifelong friends. Mom apprenticed under a beautician at a shop and then did hair at a nursing home. She could do anything she put her mind to from decorating a wedding cake to rewiring a plug. She was kind, helpful and always gave service to others. She was a President of the SLC chapter of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers and a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Beth is survived by her (3) children William Lee (Beth), Nora Sheffield (Kent), Kevin Roy (Barbara) and one sister Alice Callister. She is preceded in death by the love of her life LeRoy, her son, Robert Eric, her parents, three brothers, three sisters and her granddaughter Julie Gae McCain.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, April 9, 2015 at 11:00 am in the Sugarhouse Stake Center, 1679 South 1100 E. in Salt Lake City. Viewings will be held from 6-9 P.M. on Wednesday evening at Larkin Mortuary, 260 E. South Temple, Salt Lake City and one hour prior to services at the church. Interment Mount Olivet Cemetery.
