Mildred YoungWindley passed away January 24, 2018. She was born to M. H. Young and Ina M. Helquist on June 16, 1923 at Blanding, Utah. She was the oldest of six children.
Mildred graduated from Grand County High School in Moab, Utah. She married Keith Goodspeed. Three sons were born to them: Ralph Keith, Cary Dennis and Mitchell Howard Goodspeed. After the death of her husband she married Merrill C. (Joe) Windley. Two children were born to them: Marilyn and Gregory Merrill Windley.
Her happiness was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. There was nothing Mom loved more than her family and spending time with them. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Mid is survived by a large and loving family. Sisters Hallie Tibbitts and Inalyn Meador, Brother Curt Young, all of Moab. Children Keith and Lynn Goodspeed, Dennis and Stella Goodspeed, Mitch and Debbie Goodspeed, Marilyn and Gordon Burt and Greg and Connie Windley. Granny had 17 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren and 3 great, great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Max and Kay.

Funeral Services will be Saturday, January 27th, at 12:00 noon at the Hillcrest 6th Ward, 1165 E. 8600 South in Sandy. A visitation will be held prior to services beginning at 10:30. Interment at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
