Thomas Lloyd Jennings

1941 ~ 2016

Thomas Lloyd Jennings passed away in the early morning of March 21st, 2016 surrounded by those he loved and whose lives he had deeply impacted. Tom was born July 4th, 1941 to Milton Travis Jennings and Phyllis Hope Strange, the oldest of 4 children. An appropriate birth date as Tom served with distinction in the Navy. He married Josefina Gonzalez on February 2nd, 1980. Tom established the Fine Art Inn in 1969, a legacy he has left to his wife and sons. Tom loved spending time with his family and friends, especially on his boat at Flaming Gorge and his cabin on Pine Springs Island. His favorite day of the year was Christmas Eve. Tom's party brought together all whom he loved, and often he used it to spread that love to others he felt would benefit from it. Tom's family will continue that tradition though Tom's presence behind the bar will be sorely missed.

Tom is survived by his wife, daughter Wendy Nelson (James), sons Thomas Willy and David Todd Jennings (Elisa) and his siblings Travis McNair (Thomas), Milton Ted Jennings and Todd Dalton Jennings (Marie) as well as grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Services will be held March 28th, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens, 1950 E. Dimple Dell Road (10600 South). A visitation will be held prior from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Tom will be buried at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park Cemetery immediately following the services.
