Our precious wife, mom, grandma and sister passed away January 19, 2017. Born in Mancos, CO, on October 27, 1929 to Lonicio and Alice Cora (Archuleta) Rodriguez. She married Jack Smith and had two children, Michael and Dennis. Later Divorced. She married Joseph (Bud) Burbidge on October 24, 1954. They had three children. Dori, Kim and Kevin.
Stella worked at Balsam Embers and Pykettes. She had a love for shopping, clothes, shoes and cheesecake. She was very passionate for her family, crocheting and reading.
Survived by her husband Joseph (Bud); her children Dennis, Dori Kim and Kevin; siblings Richard, Martha, Ruth and Lila; nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Michael; her sister Cora and her grandson Thaddeus. She was our corizón dulce and we miss her already. As requested, no services will be held.
