Our beloved Son, Brother, and Uncle passed away December 7, 2014.
Born February 21, 1961.
Dale leaves behind his Mother, Jean W. Clark; Sister Joyce Clark Johnson; and nieces Lisa A. Moore, Catherine Clark, and many great nieces and nephews.
Dale was an accomplished pianist, scientist, chemist, and he loved to do experiments with his great nieces and nephews.
Dale will be so missed, but he will be joining his Father-Marvin E. Clark and brother-Steven M. Clark in heaven.
Friends and family may gather at the home of Jean Clark, 1433 E. Seville Way Bountiful, Utah Saturday December 13, 2014 at 1 pm.
