On September 6, 1968, Linda married the love of her life, Donald Gordon. They shared 54 wonderful years together, filled with love, laughter, and joy. Linda & Donald, lovingly known as Wes, were blessed with three daughters: Cindy (Tobias) Orton, Leslie (Jason) Anderson, and Sarah (Michael) Marshall. In total Linda had eleven grandchildren: Tiffany Pierce, Wesly Orton, Skylar Orton, Tanner Orton, Krista Orton, Ashlynn Bassett, Bryson Anderson, Courtney Eniss, Amie Martin, Caitlyn Marshall, & Makayla Marshall. Linda enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, going to Lava & Downata hot springs, and sharing countless other adventures with her family. She was also known for her famous salsa, which everyone fought over to get hold of a jar. Linda had a passion for art, creating blankets for her children, grandchildren and even future great grandchildren. She also enjoyed ceramics, gifting her creations to her parents and children. She also expressed her beautiful creativity through crocheting, painting, and drawing beautiful images.
During her long battle with Dementia, Linda lived with and was lovingly cared for by her daughter Leslie and son-in-law Jason. Cindy and Sarah also helped care for her over weekends, ensuring she was surrounded by love and support.
There are no words to fully capture the impact Linda had on the lives of those around her. She had a special way of bringing joy and laughter wherever she went, leaving an unforgettable mark on her family and friends. Her kindness touched many lives, especially those of her family. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who loved her.
