Nicole 'Nicki' Renee Harris

1987 ~ 2024

Nicole (Nicki) Renee Harris, at the age of 36, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 24, 2024, in Millcreek, Utah. Born on July 29, 1987, in Florence, Arizona. She was raised and educated in the community of Sugarhouse, Utah, where she developed a deep-rooted sense of compassion and kindness.

Nicole will be remembered for her profound love for children, which was evident through her work at St. Vincent De Paul extended daycare and school. Her natural ability to care for and nurture the young was a gift that she shared generously. Later in life, Nicole found professional fulfillment at Utah Housing, where she not only excelled in her career but also built lasting friendships that she treasured.

She leaves behind her mother, Karen (Todd) Weir; her brother, Steven Harris; her grandfather, John Kitterman; her aunt, Sherry (Jeff) Rice; cousins Colton (Mckenna & Lucy), and Dallon (Abbey); her beloved dogs, Harper and Olive; as well as a host of extended family members and friends who will deeply miss her vibrant spirit and loving presence. Nicole was preceded in death by her cherished grandmother Cathy and her adored dog Chubbs.

In honor of Nicole's memory, the family suggests that donations be made to the Utah Humane Society, an organization close to her heart. Contributions can be made at https://www.utahhumane.org/ to continue Nicole's legacy of compassion and care for animals.

Her life will be honored, and her memory cherished with a Celebration of Life gathering to be held on March 15th from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM, at the Chateau at Le Jardin, 1910 Dimple Dell Road, Sandy, Utah 84092. Nicole’s gentle soul and the love she shared will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew & loved her.
