1987 ~ 2025
With profound sadness and heavy hearts, we announce the unexpected passing of Tyson Oliver Andrizzi on June 10, 2025 after a brief illness.
Tyson was born November 18, 1987 to Todd and Sherrie Andrizzi.
Tyson was a kind, loyal, and courageous soul who touched the lives of all who knew him.
Tyson lived his life with quiet strength and unwavering resilience. No matter the challenges he faced, he met them head-on with determination, grace, and a steadfast spirit. Through life’s ups and downs, Tyson never lost his ability to find light in the simple moments.
His infectious laughter was one of his many gifts, often filling the room as he re-watched his favorite YouTube videos, laughing just as hard each time. These small moments of joy were a true reflection of Tyson’s ability to find happiness where others might overlook it.
Tyson was a simple guy, never needing much to be content. What mattered most to Tyson were those he loved. His concern for others’ feelings and happiness was genuine and constant. He thought of others, putting their needs ahead of his own.
A devoted and hardworking man, Tyson approached life with integrity and responsibility. Whether in his work or relationships, he gave his full effort and never backed down from any challenge. His competitive spirit was well known.
An athlete and fierce competitor, Tyson brought his drive and determination to the field, yet always balanced his competitive spirit with a kind and generous heart. He was a devoted Denver Broncos fan, cheering for his team win or lose, with unwavering loyalty.
Tyson was a protector and advocate, always standing up for the underdog and guided by a strong sense of right and wrong. His integrity and sense of justice were deeply admired by those who knew him.
To his friends, Tyson was dependable, steady, and always ready to listen. The time he spent with his friends brought him great joy, and his loyalty and friendship left a lasting impact on many.
Above all, family was everything to Tyson. He shared a deep, unbreakable bond with his mom, dad and brother, relationships that were a source of great pride, comfort, and unconditional love throughout his life.
One of Tyson’s greatest joys was his dog, Charley, who was not just a pet but was the son Tyson never had. Charley was a great source of comfort and happiness.
Though Tyson’s physical presence is no longer with us, we hope his legacy of love, strength, and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who were a part of his life. We take comfort in knowing that Tyson has been reunited with loved ones who went before him, and we look forward to the day we meet again.
Tyson is survived by his loving parents, Todd and Sherrie; his brother, Trevor (Krista), his nephew, Devin; his niece, Alexa; and his beloved dog, Charley. He is also survived by many dear friends and extended family who loved him deeply. He will be missed and forever remembered.
A private service will be held to celebrate Tyson’s life.
Tyson,
I am so proud to be your aunt. I feel like I kind of grew up with you and Trevor.
I will always remember the times you and Trev would sleep over at grandma and grandpa Andrizzi’s. We would have so much fun after you guys cleaned out the KFC buffet. I think about it and it still brings a smile to my face. You singing, “ I’m too sexy for my shirt” while Trevor videoed you. Where are those videos!?!
One of your best qualities was your kindness to others, especially those who were being picked on or bullied. Many people looked up to as a leader because of that kindness.
Ty, I have so much love and respect for you . I am sure Grandma and Grandpa were among the first ones to welcome you to heaven. You may have “beat us there” but we will be with you again.
I love you Ty!
My dear sweet Sherrie and Tod,
I'm so sorry to hear about Tyson and I want you to know that you and your family are in my heart and in my prayers. He had a special place in my heart as the boys were growing up!
May you both be comforted at this time of such a huge loss. Love Tammy and Ralph

Wow so sorry to hear he was a great guy to work with at Home Depot and he helped my sister out with their disabled son what a tragedy we lost our son 23 years ago it doesn't ever seem to get easier we wish you all the best for his family.
My condolences to Tyson’s family, loved ones and friends. Tyson had such a positive personality. An energy that you just loved to be around. I’ll miss you Drizzi. I will never forget the memories we had together.
I’m saddened by the passing of Tyson. I absolutely adored him . I loved his laugh and his smile would just melt you. He was a gentle giant with a huge heart. I will miss you Tyson, Gods speed. To Tyson’s family I am so sorry for your loss. Prayers to all of you.
My sincere condolences to Ty’s family. Ty was one of a kind and such a good friend. He was always happy and he always knew how to have a good time even if there wasn’t a lot to do. He will be missed so much. Try to enjoy Heaven a little before the rest of us get there.
When Tyson moved in to our neighborhood, he immediately won hearts through his quiet service to others. He helped our aging neighbors with their yard work and then completely took over the mowing and edging when the gentleman passed away. His kind heart will not be forgotten.
Love,
Bob and Kristina Nytch
Tyson and I first met in 9th grade when I transferred to Indian Hills Middle School, and it didn’t take long before we became close friends. Throughout high school, he was one of my very best friends — we shared countless memories, from everyday moments to playing sports together. I will always remember Tyson as someone who worked hard, gave his all, and never backed down from a challenge. His determination to be great in whatever he did was inspiring.
To Sherrie, Todd, and Trevor — my deepest condolences. Tyson left a mark on everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. Though life eventually took us in different directions after high school, in my heart, Tyson will forever remain one of the greatest friends I’ve had.
I look forward to the day we meet again.
Godspeed, Tyson.
Todd, so sorry for your loss. Thankful for eternal families. Todd, we were mission companions a day or two ago in New England. (520)266-9878.
Todd and Sherrie,
I know it’s been a lot of years since we’ve seen each other but when I saw this, I just wanted to send my condolences. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to lose a child. I wish you well and happiness!
